Recordkeeping
Student’s cumulative file is a permanent school record. Once information is submitted to Living Waters Academy, it becomes a part of the permanent file and cannot be changed.
Grade Submission
Parents must submit a completed Grade Report on or before December 15 and June 15 for each student.
Attendance
Students are required to fulfill the following attendance standards:
- 180 days of school
- Parents must keep attendance records.
- Attendance is submitted on the Attendance Form to the school office on or before June 15 once the school year is complete.
Student Records
Any student applying for enrollment into the Living Waters Academy Umbrella program, who has previously attended another academic institution, must submit previous school records. A transcript request can be obtained from the school office, if necessary.
